About This Product

■ Perfectly mixes everything from light brine to heavy marinades

Homogeneous brine and marinade are important elements in the marinating process. GEA MixMaster provides perfect mixing. From light brines and pickles to highly viscous marinades. Equipped with 500 liter, 1,500 liter or 3,000 liter modular mixing and storage tanks, you can expand your system and increase capacity. It is equipped with a two-speed stirrer, a component hopper on the Venturi principle and is available in push-button or PLC versions. Modular mixing and storage tanks allow for increased capacity. The PLC-controlled machine offers a recipe management system, is easy to operate and reproducible, and allows cleaning between batches and thorough cleaning processes. The result is a perfect, machine-made brine and marinade that's clean every time.

■Main uses

GEA MixMaster is suitable for the preparation of homogeneous brines and marinades such as: ・Water-soluble brines and pickles: Ideal for applications such as bacon and ham ・Brine that is easy to settle: Ideal for applications such as tempura coated nuggets ・High viscosity marinade: Ideal for applications such as chicken wings ・High viscosity marinade that tends to settle: Ideal for uses such as spare ribs

- Perfect homogeneity of brine and marinades, even with difficult to mix ingredients Flexible and efficient Venturi system that melts and premixes materials before entering the mixing tank -Equipped with a stirring device to aid the mixing process and prevent sedimentation ・Optimal brine retention, marinade coverage of product and optimal preparation for maximum yield

Application-driven, pre-configured machine to ensure homogeneous brine and marinade mixtures for a wide range of application windows Perfect integration with GEA injectors, tumblers and mixers Modular setup for 500, 1,500 and 3,000 liter mixing and storage tanks - Available in push-button version and PLC-controlled machines with recipe management system for easy operation and reproducibility
