■Effective linear cooking for a wide range of usesGEA FlowCook packs the benefits of combined vertical and horizontal airflow into a versatile in-line cooker suitable for low to medium scale production. This is a dual zone oven with two independently controlled temperature and humidity zones used for hot air cooking, steaming and roasting.

Balanced cooking zones and passive exhaust system keep external heat loss and exhaust steam extremely low. Energy consumption is further reduced by optimizing airflow, maximizing heat transfer and providing excellent insulation. The result is an environmentally friendly solution and low running costs.

■Main usesGEA FlowCook is suitable for 400mm and 600mm line widths and a wide range of cooking applications. It is the perfect solution for steamed, coated, marinated, browned, naturally roasted, bone-in, boneless, or shaped products.

■Highest performance for a wide range of applications- Extremely flexible, steam, cook and roast in one linear oven
