Offering the benefit of our 50+ years of experience in coating machine development and close cooperation with leading coating producers, GEA OptiFlour is the first in the industry to achieve dust-free operation. In combination with GEA OptiAir, the coating process is accurate, clean and waste is minimized. Forget clogged blower pipes and dusty working environments. OptiFlour's clever design provides controllable and even flour pickup and adjustable top and bottom coating feed. As you like.

■Main uses

GEA OptiFlour and OptiAir perfectly apply seasonings, fine pre-dust flours, fine and medium bread crumbs and sticky seed flours. Product applications include red meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables, potatoes, meat substitute products, molded and natural products.

- Patented flour divider ensures controllable and uniform flour pickup ・Adjustable top and bottom coatings allow for fine-tuning of finishing touch - Automatically removes lumps and other contaminants ・Adjustable scraper bar prevents contamination from sticking to the belt
