About This Product

■Coatings add value to food, but only if done properly

The quality of coated products is often judged by their appearance. Tempura-coated products are also evaluated by the crispness of the coating. With the GEA OptiDipper, the tempura is kept at a constant temperature and applied evenly thanks to an adjustable upper conveyor that ensures complete submergence of the product. For optimal business results, GEA OptiDipper is easy and safe to operate, as well as easy to clean and maintain. Changeover times are very short and the machine can be kept in-line during operation.

■Main uses

GEA OptiDipper is available in 600mm and 1,000mm width models. Typical applications include shaped and coated cheese, poultry, seafood, beef, and pork.

■Excellent product quality

Designed for complete product coverage with adjustable top conveyor and frequency controlled conveyor belt speed - Minimizes product damage by eliminating movement inside the machine ・Adjustable bottom layer former to optimize bottom coverage of difficult hollow products

■Reducing product waste

・Tempura and batter are kept at a constant temperature thanks to the cooling jacket ・Extend the life of tempura and batter ・Remove and reuse excess tempura and dough to prevent skirting of product edges, soft dough bases, and overweight products

■Maximum operating time

・Easy and safe to operate ・High-speed inline positioning with quick link coupling - Hygienic design with no loose parts, reducing cleaning time and water usage -Very short changeover times, the machine remains inline

■Advanced technology

A self-emptying drain beneath the machine allows very short changeover times. The blower easily opens for inspection and cleaning without the need for additional tools. A quick-release pipe (instead of a hose) between the pump and the curtain improves access and eliminates loose parts.
