About This Product

Batter application is important for a perfectly coated product. GEA OptiCoater is a batter applicator that uses a four-layer batter curtain. This completely covers the top of the product and has a small dip structure at the bottom. By changing the batter curtain position and belt speed, you can fine-tune the process to suit your application. This provides ideal adhesion for breading. Easy operation. Robust design. High reliability. It has a proven track record all over the world.

■Main uses

The main product applications for GEA OptiCoater are poultry products (boneless and bone-in), pork cutlets, meat substitute products and vegetables. This efficient and precise batter applicator can also marinate pork tenderloin and spareribs. All in large capacity.

■High quality product with guaranteed uniform batter pickup

・Full-layered curtain and dip structure ensure complete coverage - Frequency converter allows belt speed to be adjusted and fine-tuned. -Adjustable valve sets the amount of batter dispensed ・Remove excess batter to avoid overweight product and poor adhesion
