About This Product

■Features

Solid wall bowls have a cylindrical section for efficient clarification of liquids and a conical section for drying solids. Due to centrifugal force, the solids are thrown into the wall of the bowl and carried by the scroll to the solids discharge. There are several possibilities for discharging the clarified and separated heavy and light liquid phases. Either phases are discharged freely by gravity, or one liquid phase is discharged under pressure through a centripetal pump and the other liquid phase is discharged under gravity. The decanter is fully compatible with CIP. The housing consists of a frame with supporting legs, protective plates and catchers for the ejected phase. The machine is driven by a frequency-controlled three-stage AC motor through a V-belt.There are different drive concepts available that allow automatic torque measurement and differential speed control. All product contact parts are made of stainless steel. FDA approved materials are available for seals.
