About This Product

■Fast and flexible labeling of MAP, vacuum packs, and skin packs

Powerful thermoforming packaging machines such as the GEA Powerpack and Powerpack Plus are designed to produce high-quality food packaging at high speeds. Labeling machines need to keep up with this pace and the variety of packs being processed. The extremely easy-to-use GEA Tiro Label Plus cross-web labeling system can be integrated into non-GEA thermoforming machines and simplifies changeover between packages. The high-precision spring-loaded pins of the motor positioning unit follow the contours of the package with millimeter precision.

■Main uses

The GEA Tiro Label Plus cross-web labeling machine automatically applies labels to MAP, vacuum and skin food packs from thermoform packaging machines. Labels can be attached to either the top or bottom of the package. Main benefits

Can compensate for height differences up to 35mm. ・Non-pneumatic technology provides higher precision and minimal compressed air consumption - Perfect implementation of all common printer technologies

Built-in scanner detects empty packages and retains their respective labels ・Recognition of packaged products and destination country ・Zero downtime options (service, maintenance, replacement of consumables) available

- By lowering the overall height of the machine, label rolls can be replaced faster. ・Improved access to label dispensing edge ・Full integration with GEA Smart Control Seamless integration into GEA and non-GEA thermoform packaging systems
