About This Product

■Non-invasive quality control of MAP packages integrated into thermoforming packaging machines

Fully control the residual oxygen content and detect leaks in all packages produced with thermoforming packaging machines. Previously, errors or leaks in oxygen content in food packaging were identified through random testing. Most detection systems were invasive, resulting in defective products being thrown away. GEA Leak Check and GEA Oxy Check units help producers save food, packaging materials and time by analyzing sensor-sensitive fluorescent spots within MAP packs. For example, the GEA Combipic package sorting and convergence system can be used to automatically reject packages with incorrect oxygen levels or leaks.

■Main uses

GEA Leak Check and GEA Oxy Check in-line quality control systems verify the O2 content and integrity of food packages such as meat, meat substitutes, dairy products and bakery products packaged in a modified atmosphere after the form-fill-seal process. Masu. Main benefits
