About This Product

■GEA Lane Converter

GEA EasyGuide and PowerGuide converger systems are versatile and flexible conveying systems that match the delivery speeds of thermoforming packaging machines. Consolidate packages from 2 to 6 trucks into one truck for high functionality and hygiene.

■Transport cargo for multiple purposes at maximum speed

Automatic package convergence is a reliable and safe system that is performed after the forming, filling and sealing process. The GEA EasyGuide and PowerGuide system is located after the cutting station on the thermoforming packaging machine. These are synchronized to the speed of the thermoformer, with production rates up to 160 packages/min with a single lane outfeed and up to 250 packages/min with a dual lane outfeed. These lane convergence systems can be easily assembled into a variety of track configurations. Hygienic design provides maximum flexibility and versatility.

■Main uses

The GEA Easy Guide and Power Guide product family integrates all well-known packaging types, including MAP, skin packs, vacuum packs and sustainable solutions such as GEA food trays. The interface belt can be manually adjusted to suit different package heights without affecting the overall package line height. Main benefits

・Consistently converges packs of 2 to 6 tracks onto 1 to 2 tracks using electric convergence guide rails ・Belt speed is automatically adjusted to match the speed of the thermoforming machine - Separate drive motors for transport, index and outfeed conveyors ・Automatic jam detection in conjunction with line control and self-centering belt

■User-friendly and time-saving solution with simple controls

・Easy and quick replacement of conveyor and indexing conveyor belts ・Seamless integration into GEA thermoforming packaging machines -User-friendly software significantly reduces installation time and minimizes downtime. ・The height of the conveyor can be adjusted manually without affecting the height of the entire packaging line.
