About This Product

■Flexible system for multi-lane convergence and package exclusionIncrease efficiency by installing the GEA Combi-Pick Lane Converter and Package Rejector directly after your thermoform packaging machine. Good, empty, and defective packages are automatically sorted. This saves time, space and money.

Only good packs are grouped into one or two lanes and transported to the following machine. Defective or empty packages can be detected in advance using quality inspection systems such as GEA Oxycheck and LeakCheck. These packages are reliably sorted into separate bins by the GEA CombiPick, and the remaining packages are collected and evenly arranged. This ensures an effective packaging process.

■Main usesThe GEA Combipic rejection and convergence module is the final processing module of a form-fill-seal system with an integrated inspection system for the disposal of empty and defective food packages. At the same time, it integrates up to six intact MAP, vacuum, or skin packs into one or two lanes that are fed from the outlet of the thermoforming packaging machine.
