About This Product

■Seat line

The production of high quality hard sweet biscuits and crackers relies on precision sheet technology. GEA offers flexible sheeting solutions that accommodate fabrics of varying viscosities and textures, ensuring stress-free sheeting and optimal fabric thickness. GEA offers modular molding units that can be customized to suit any processing or production requirement. Both horizontal and space-saving vertical systems can be configured with as many gauge rolls as required. The pressure gauge unit automatically adjusts the speed of the feed rollers to ensure an even weight of dough passing through the rolls. The range of technologies offered by GEA includes versatile cutting and sheet laminating systems, rotary systems for embossing and cutting, and scrap pick-up conveyors. We also offer auxiliary equipment such as depositors for distributing materials between dough sheets, sugar or salt sprinklers mounted on the collection conveyor, ink printers and soda bath units. GEA's sheet production line guarantees consistent, uniform and stress-free sheet production. The automatic control system optimizes all working parameters and fine-tune working conditions without the need for manual intervention. The control system adjusts the speed of each unit in the cascade to ensure that each stage receives the correct amount of dough. This ensures high production standards and reliable performance. The GEA system also features an automatic dough sheet loop control system that includes a sensor that detects the loop created by the dough sheet as it enters the nip of the final gauge roll. The speed of the upstream system is then automatically controlled and adjusted to keep the dough sheet under constant tension, ensuring a consistent final dough thickness and texture as it exits the final roll. All working parameters and operating conditions are displayed on the user interface. PLCs of most brands can be provided to meet customer requirements and facilitate user-friendly operator operation with control systems and machines.
