About This Product

■Rotary molding machineGEA's high-capacity rotary forming machines precisely control the dough weight and form every dough piece uniformly. Standard features include automatic belt tensioning and tracking. Tool-free mold and belt changes make product changeover quick and easy.

For high-capacity processing of products that require short baking times in long ovens, GEA can configure units with larger diameter forming rolls. This configuration allows smooth, high-quality dough pieces to be ejected from the mold to the oven belt.

GEA rotary molding units are equipped with full servo motor control for increased precision and accuracy. Adjustments can be made through the user-friendly operator interface, and the recipe storage system ensures quick product changeovers and reduces downtime.

Optional features and accessories that can be integrated into rotary molding machines include brush or roller-type egg wash dispensers, sugar dusters, spray-type glazing units, ink printers, and topping machines. All GEA equipment is designed to meet the highest safety, hygiene and sterilization requirements.
