GEA's multi-piston vertical injectors ensure high accuracy and precision for injecting fillings such as jam and cream into cakes, pastries and other baked goods, including bulk products on conveyors and products in recessed trays. I will.

■Reliable and accurate injection

The multi-piston DPCI injector is built on a wheel-mounted C-shaped frame and can be installed into existing process lines for cake and pastry filling. Optional brushless motorization of the vertically moving injection head improves precision. A wide range of options and accessories offer high configurability and versatility, and a user-friendly design speeds cleaning and changing between products.

■Model DPCI: Multi-piston injector with wheels

GEA's DPCI model injector is a robust and reliable solution that can be integrated into existing production lines for injecting fillings into products such as cupcakes, muffins and croissants. Thanks to its wheel-mounted C-shaped frame, the DPCI multi-piston injector can be easily added to process lines filling all types of cake and pastry products. The vertically moving injection head consists of a series of volumetric cylinders, one at each outlet, ensuring optimal filling accuracy. The head can also be equipped with a brushless motor, giving you more control over the piston stroke. The input plate of a DPCI machine is fitted with a series of needles depending on the number and shape of the products to be filled. High capacity production lines can fill multiple rows of product in one cycle. Like all GEA machines, the DPCI models have been developed with GEA's renowned high standards of functionality to ensure reliable and reproducible filling.
