■Pies and tarts to suit every tasteOur compact Tartomatic pie making machine is ideal for producing pies, quiches and tarts of various shapes and sizes. It can also be equipped with a positive displacement extruder to produce biscuit crumb cheesecake bases or configured with a positive displacement depositor for cream or jam.

■Model TARTOMATIC: Compact pie making machineTartomatic is GEA's most compact pie machine. The latest version is the culmination of years of design and engineering expertise and consultation with both industrial-scale manufacturers and artisan producers. The versatile Tartomatic machine can easily produce a variety of pie shells, quiches and cheesecake bases. Finished pie shells are transferred for filling and lidding, and quiche and cheesecake bases are finished with cream or sauce.

Industry-leading Tartomatic machines can be easily customized to produce products in a variety of sizes and shapes, from traditional round, square and triangular pies and quiches to specialty shaped tarts such as hearts and stars. Masu.

The basic Tartomatic unit consists of a roller extruder that divides the dough and a turntable that places the foil and shapes the product. The extruder ensures that the dough is accurately measured and processed in a gentle and efficient manner. The dough pieces are then shaped using a heated blocking die. This die provides high precision stamping, producing perfect pie shells with exact dimensions and thickness every time.

With the addition of a positive displacement extruder for biscuit crumbs, the Tartomatic system can be used for producing cheesecake bases. A volumetric piston depositor for creams and jams can also be integrated into the line, and a rotary molding unit can also be provided to add customized lattice tops and lids.
