About This Product

■Summary

Capptronic HS consists of a conveyor that aligns the biscuits coming out of the tunnel oven, and a cooling conveyor, from where they are transferred to the conveyor, on which the process of inversion, stacking and capping is carried out. Biscuit caps are carefully placed using venturi-effect suction cups to minimize the risk of damage or product loss. Developed for high filling accuracy, Capptronic HS features a smart biscuit ramp system and manifold design that maintains product weight, ensuring repeatable filling no matter what recipe, texture or shape. You can expect a precisely formed product. All moving parts are driven by robust servo motors and are automatically controlled according to the recipe, as well as manually fine-tuned, ensuring precise control over all parameters. The system also includes the ability to bypass unfilled product, reducing waste and downtime. Constructed using food-grade stainless steel, Capptronic HS aids in quick and thorough cleaning and is designed to minimize the risk of water pooling or stagnant on any area of ​​the equipment after cleaning Designed. All conveyor components are easily removed and cleaned, and the manifold and capping motion unit are housed in a secure stainless steel enclosure.
