■Summary

The fast modular LFP pizza topper comes with either a spray head, waterfall depositor, or deposit head and spreader and uses a DAP finger depositor to apply a variety of ingredients such as diced mozzarella, vegetables, ham, etc. You can also make a deposit. The high-throughput DPS Model Target Spray Tomato Depositor is easily configured to fit pizzas of various sizes and shapes. This unit applies filtered tomato sauce evenly over the entire pizza base. ■Model CSP: Tomato storage system

GEA's CSP unit automates the process of precisely applying tomato sauce to raw pizza dough. This system integrates coating equipment and applicator into one unit. The CSP tomato application system can be installed on a continuous or intermittent conveyor to produce perfect Italian pizza dough. The system incorporates a positive displacement cylinder of the DPC model, which allows for very precise application of tomato sauce on pizza dough, even when applying sauces containing small particles. The application unit consists of a rotating finger device system that simulates the traditional spoon effect that pizza makers traditionally achieve when applying sauce, while also avoiding tomato sticking to the edges of the pizza.
