GEA Comas' high-capacity, individual lobe pump system depositors offer a wide range of possibilities for the production of plain, filled and decorated cookies, biscuits and fig bars.

■Summary

Our technology effortlessly handles fluids, foams, thick mixes, and doughs containing solid particles such as chocolate chips, candied fruit, and nuts. Precise dosing, easy-to-clean design, and recipe storage capabilities maximize quality, minimize downtime, and make changeover between products quick and easy.

■A state-of-the-art system for imaginative cookies and biscuits

DLV and DV model cookie depositors are ideal for producing wire-cut and smooth mix deposit biscuits. The DLV is a flexible and versatile stand-alone machine that can also be used as a cake production or testing machine. DV, on the other hand, is attached directly to the tunnel oven band for high capacity production. The DV3 coextruder is designed for the production of biscuits and traditional favorites with two- or three-color fillings, and can simultaneously inject two types of dough and a third liquid filling. Featuring servo motor control for precision and reliability, the DV3 features GEA's innovative ILPS technology, ensuring reproducible dosing from all outlets and perfect shape and weight for each biscuit. ■Small size, big performance

The GEA Bake Depositor 2LC is a compact lobe-shaped depositor that can produce four types of soft dough cookies: deposit, wire cut, soft centre, co-extruded and two-color products. Despite its compact size, the Bake Depositor 2LC has a high production capacity. It can achieve 40 strokes per minute for deposit products and 100 cuts per minute for wire cut products. This enhanced production capacity is a huge benefit to bakery businesses, allowing them to meet high demand while minimizing production time and labor costs.
