GEA's flagship product, the DSM Denester, is the most versatile machine of its kind, capable of depositing different types and sizes of aluminum foil, paper cups, plastic blisters, and even lids and containers. The flexibility of DSM technology allows this unit to be deployed in different production stages.
GEA's DSM Denester model is reliable, flexible and designed to seamlessly adapt to the requirements of different processing lines, allowing the unit to be mounted on a conveyor or installed next to the production line. It's built on a frame that can.
The machine's dosing head is equipped with a series of replaceable feeders and a tilting arm with a suction cup. DSM technology can be configured to take different containers from the feeder and place them precisely on a tray or conveyor.
This includes different types and sizes of aluminum foil commonly used for pies, free-standing paper cups for cakes that are fed directly into the tunnel oven band, and plastic blisters with covers used for birthday cakes. To increase production capacity, DSM Denester can feed two rows of paper cups and foils per cycle.
