About This Product

■GEA electronic bake

Thanks to a new electric heating system, the traditional baking process has been revamped. Check out our electric oven solutions for a more environmentally friendly option without compromise. Due to the current climate situation, the world is currently at a turning point. GEA wants to be part of the change and has developed an innovative baking solution. This allows producers to offer a wide range of products to the market while maintaining an environmentally friendly approach. When baking using an electric oven, the only emissions into the atmosphere are the particulates released by the product during the baking process. For this reason, electric ovens are commonly referred to as "zero-impact solutions" and are ideal for meeting low-emission requirements. GEA E-Bake is designed as a carbon neutral solution with radiant, convection or hybrid electrical systems. These systems can be combined to produce rotomolded, extruded, and deposited soft dough cookies, cakes, pies, tarts, and many other products. With over 40 years of manufacturing standard electric ovens, GEA has accumulated deep experience and know-how in this technology, leading to the launch of a newly designed electric oven that utilizes radiant and convection heating systems. Combining these heating systems with GEA H-Bake allows producers to consider multiple options for the baking process, eliminating the boundaries of a single product line and ensuring consistent high-quality production.

■Features of GEA E-Bake

- Working width is 1,000 to 4,000 mm (42 inches to 13 feet). - Maximum working length is 140m (460ft). -2,100mm (7ft) pre-assembled module. ・Power modulation from 0 to 100%. ・3 zone heater. - Capable of working with all types of conveyors. ・Steam discharge from the baking chamber at the top of the entire width.

■Energy efficiency

Using insulation materials such as high-density rock wool minimizes heat loss through the oven walls, keeping the outside of the oven cool. Automatically controlled exhaust dampers save energy and reduce emissions to the atmosphere. An optional heat recovery system minimizes energy consumption and improves environmental sustainability.
