■GEA Aquarius Flatform Wrap

Perfectly shaped, flat, fancy, spherical lollipops with great taste and texture are the secret to success. When molded with GEA Flatform Wrap, these benefits are immediately realized. The GEA Aquarius shows that the flatform series is the perfect machine for this job. After forming, the lollipops are immediately packaged in a beautiful sandwich wrap style. ■Operating principle

After forming flat, fancy, spherical 3D lollipops in a format set with 12 positions for Flatform Wrap SC and 15 positions for Flatform Wrap HC, the lollipops are transferred from the format set to the packaging area via a transfer wheel. It will be taken out towards. The press system has also been improved. We have improved the molding within the format set to reduce friction on the format set press bridge and lower the temperature of the format set to prevent sugar from sticking. The new feature ensures a stable positioning of the lollipops from the transfer unit via the gripper to the wrapping area, allowing the lollipops to pass smoothly through the sealing rolls. The latest feature we have developed is a preheating system that keeps the film sealing temperature low and prevents the film from sticking.

■Performance

The GEA Aquarius Flatform Wrap molds and wraps between 600 and 1,000 lollipops per minute, depending on the capacity of the selected flatform wrap. The foam wrap machine die set can be changed within 20-25 minutes. The machine has an automatic rejection system. When starting or stopping, this system automatically rejects bad lollipops.
