■GEA Aquarius Flex Foam Wrap

Perfectly shaped 3D lollipops with great taste and texture are the secret to success. Get these benefits when molded with GEA Aquarius Flexfoam Wrap. The GEA Aquarius Flexformer range is the perfect machine for this job. After forming, the lollipops are immediately packaged in a beautiful sandwich wrap style.

■Operating principle

After molding solid or center-fill ball lollipops, or fancy or 3D lollipops, a unique takeover transfer wheel has been developed to take the lollipops out of the die set towards the wrapping area. This servo-driven wheel also allows switching to different width/diameter lollipops. Along with an easy change set of dies, you can switch between ball lollipops and 3D lollipops in about 2 hours. A new feature allows the lollipop to be stably positioned from the transfer unit through the gripper towards the wrapping area, so that the lollipop passes smoothly through the sealing roll. The latest feature we have developed is a preheating system that lowers the sealing temperature of the film and prevents it from sticking. ・Unique takeover transfer wheel (patent pending) -Easily changeable to different width/diameter lollipops ・Easy replacement die set ・Lollipop with stable positioning (patent pending) ・Preheating film (patent pending)

■Performance

It's extremely flexible and allows you to quickly change the size and shape of your lollipop, as well as easily adjust it to fit different stick lengths. GEA Flexfoam Wraps require less downtime thanks to an automatic lubrication system and include an extensive mechanical damage protection package. With the CIP unit, cleaning machine downtime when cleaning the die set is minimized to approximately 20 to 30 minutes. ・Quickly change size and shape -Easily adjustable to various stick lengths ・Automatic lubrication system reduces the number of stops ・Extensive mechanical damage protection package ・Installed cleaning unit for easy and quick cleaning
