About This Product

■VARICOVER® Product Recovery System 3A

Product recovery systems are used to recover valuable products from pipe systems. The VARICOVER® product recovery system has been redesigned according to the new 3A standard for use in the US beverage, food and pharmaceutical industries. This new pig system design implements a more manageable assembly and coordination of all position sensors.

■The product collection system can be applied to the following products.

・Shampoo, lotion, cream, toothpaste ・Pharmaceutical liquid products ・Cleaning agent, cleaning agent ・Yogurt, quark, cheese ・Fruit, syrup, concentrated fruit juice ・Dough, vegetable oil ・Personal care products

■Scope of application in production plants

・From product receipt to pre-mixing tank ・From premix tank to mixing/process tank ・From mixing/process tanks to storage tanks ・From storage tank to filling machine line ・From processing line to storage tank/filling line ・Dairy products and food industry ・Beverage industry ・Personal and health industry

■The following components comply with the 3A standard.

・Pig cleaning station MST 3A ・Pig catching station ・Pig stopper 3A ・Pigable T-shaped part 3A ・Silicone and fluororubber (FKM) pigs Range of applications

■Product extrusion

Product recovery systems are used to discharge viscous/flowable products from pipelines without mixing with other media. This is particularly required for high-quality products in the food and beverage industry, as well as in the pharmaceutical, personal care, and healthcare industries.

■Product control

In addition to extruding products from pipelines, product recovery systems are also used to slowly fill pipelines with sensitive and foamed products. Vertical pipelines can also be easily filled by allowing the product to push the pig down the pipe.
