■VARIVENT® mix proof valve type MX

The new GEA VARIVENT® mixproof valve type MX offers innovative technology as a key element of a future-oriented safety concept. This provides product safety measures that far exceed previous requirements.

■Maximum process safety

Optimized leakage physical design generates negative pressure. If the seal fails, the product is removed by vacuum and transferred to the surroundings without risk of contamination (Venturi effect).

■Maximum pressure safety

Thanks to specially shaped balancers in both pipelines, the valve remains stable in the closed position even in the case of water hammer, while remaining fully functional even in the case of hydraulic locking or thermal expansion of the medium.

■Maximum valve monitoring

Applying up to four feedbacks ensures accurate control and documentation of valve status at all times.

■Maximum cleaning efficiency

The uncompromising hygienic design of all components ensures maximum efficiency of valve cleaning and allows automatic external cleaning of the lower balancer when the lower valve seat is lifted.

■Maximum compliance

The specially improved valve technology of this new GEA VARIVENT® mixproof valve type MX meets the world's most stringent design specifications for sanitary valves (PMO, 3A, EHEDG).

■Cutting-edge technology: maintenance-free actuator

Closed actuator housing fully protected by a specially designed piston seal - designed to be maintenance free. The robust design allows for uninterrupted machining operations, saving valuable time and operating costs.
