About This Product

■Summary

This is a 10/100/1000BASE-T compatible PoE/PoE Plus powered Ethernet repeater. Operates with PoE or PoE Plus power reception and extends Ethernet up to 200m. In addition, up to 4 units can be connected and the extension can be extended up to 500m. It is possible to supply power to devices that support PoE or PoE Puls power reception. The housing is dustproof and waterproof (IP65) and uses a waterproof connector. Features

■Extend Ethernet over long distances

Extends 10/100/1000BASE-T Ethernet. JIPX201 can be extended by up to 100m at each end for a total of 200m. Additionally, up to four JIPX201 units can be connected and extended up to a maximum of 500m. *If the wiring at both ends of JIPX201 is within 100m, there is no need to make the cable lengths the same. *When connecting with 1000BASE-T, please use a CAT6 cable or higher.

■IP65 dustproof and waterproof performance

JIPX201 is dustproof and waterproof type (IP65). The RJ45 connection part uses a waterproof connector, so it can be installed outdoors without taking waterproofing measures such as a separate box. *If the waterproof connector is not tightly tightened, it will lose its waterproof effect. Be sure to tighten it firmly.

■Power supply to PoE/PoE Plus devices

By using a PoE (IEEE 802.3af) or PoE Plus (IEEE802.3at) switch or injector, you can supply up to 22W of power to PoE devices such as IP cameras. (When using one JIPX201) *The power that can be supplied varies depending on the connected equipment.

■No power supply required

JIPX201 operates by receiving power from a PoE/PoE Plus switch or PoE/PoE Plus injector, so it can be installed even in places where power supply is not available.

■Communication speed

Even when using JIPX201, the communication speed does not change between upstream and downstream. There is no change in communication speed even when multiple devices are connected. It can also be used for high-speed communication and large-capacity data communication between bases.
