About This Product

■Summary

This is an EPo2 series indoor transmitter equipped with one LAN port that supports PoE Plus. You can use 2-wire cables such as telephone lines and UTP/STP to transmit Ethernet signals over long distances and power connected devices using PoE Plus. You can select and use the receiver according to your purpose. No power adapter is required as power supplied via Po2 is used to drive the main unit. Features

■What is the EPo2 series?

EPo2 series is an abbreviation for Ethernet & Power over 2 wires, and is a system that transmits Ethernet signals and power over long distances from a receiver to a transmitter using a 2-wire cable such as a telephone line or UTP/STP. The transmitter is powered by the power transmitted from the receiver, so there is no need to connect a separate power adapter. Additionally, the transmitter can supply power to PoE-compatible devices.

■Ethernet, long-distance power transmission

Extend Ethernet signals and power over long distances up to 600m using 2-wire cables such as UTP/STP.

■No power supply required

The transmitter itself operates by receiving Po2 power transmitted from the receiver, so no separate power adapter is required.

■PoE/PoE Plus compatible

It can supply up to 32.30W of power to connected PoE/PoE Plus compatible devices.

■Communication speed

The supported Ethernet standards are 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX.

■Receiver selection

You can choose from the following two types of receiver. Flexibility can be provided depending on the installation environment. We also have a product lineup that includes a transmitter/receiver set.
