About This Product

■Product details

・Torque management of competition vehicles (bicycles/motorcycles/cars). ・Maintenance of bicycles (road racers/downhill competition bikes, etc.). ・Torque management when replacing sports driving wheelsets.

■Features

・The MTQL series torque wrench for motorsports was born from the voices of competitors who said, ``I want to reliably manage the torque of more bolts with one tool.'' ・Wider torque adjustment range than the QL series. -Main parts are polished. All models have a metal handle (knurled finish) that makes it easy to wipe off any oil that gets on the grip. - When the set torque is reached, the toggle is activated and the completion of tightening can be detected with a light and clear signal sound. - Tightening is completed with the click of a click-type torque wrench. ・The head ratchet has 24 ratchets and a swing width of 15 degrees, making it effective for tightening in narrow spaces. ・Torque can be easily changed using the scale. - Comes with a resin hard case and calibration certificate. ・Can be used safely overseas, including within the EU. Compliant with ISO6789 Type II Class A calibration procedures.

■Caution

-Cannot be used for inspection. ・There is a ratchet lever on the head of the torque wrench for switching between tightening and loosening, but please use the loosening function as an auxiliary function for urgently loosening something that has just been tightened. (Loosening fixed bolts/nuts may cause damage.) ・If you constantly loosen bolts/nuts, please use a dedicated loosening tool (such as a "spinner handle").

■What is a preset torque wrench?

Like the typical click-type torque wrench "QL", the torque wrench has a torque scale, and you can easily change the increase or decrease of the "click" that signals tightening completion when the set torque is reached. (Representative models: QL/CL/DQL/MTQL/QLLS/MQL, etc.)
