■ What is the MF Technical Award?

This is the world's finest grand prize in press, sheet metal, and forming machines, which combines the most essential for METAL FORMING (MF) hosted by the Japan Transactional Machinery Association. In order to prove the goodness of trained machinery by the goodness of the final product, we aim to contribute to the development of trained plastic processing technology, awarded groups that have demonstrated the “manufacturing comprehensive power” such as machine manufacturers and processed manufacturers.

In the fine blanking, it was necessary to polish both sides after removing the shape, and then the chamfered with a machine was required. The chamfering processing of the hole -derivation and all the inner diameter linear protrusions were all supported by press processing, and ultimately no machine processing other than the rotary polishing was unnecessary.
