■Compatible with a variety of materials
The output beam from CO2 is particularly suitable for processing resin materials. Almost all of the beam energy is absorbed by the resin and causes actions such as cutting, welding, drilling, and joining. A focused beam allows for rapid cutting, while an out-of-focus beam tends to melt. Taking advantage of this property, it is possible to cut only the surface layer of an adhesive label while leaving the following layers intact, making it compatible with a wide variety of materials and processing. Marking on paper, wood, cloth, electrical products, perforation, resistance trimming, soldering, welding wire stripping, glass processing, green sheets, etc.
■Beam bender unit
A beam bender unit with a built-in ZnSe lens equipped with an assist gaze nozzle. The focus of the laser beam is adjusted by adjusting the knob on the bender unit and moving the honeycomb table up and down.
■Deodorizing device (optional)
When the deodorizing device (optional) is installed, the gas generated during processing is strongly sucked through the duct from the back and under the honeycomb table.
