Protech, which manufactures and sells screen printing materials and equipment such as tension gauges, is now offering its original brand of coatings and emulsions. If you are dissatisfied with the current emulsion, please give it a try. We will respond to your requests with reasonable costs, short delivery times, and the ability to respond to your requests. There are 4 types. Please choose according to your needs. Main features

■TEC-301N High resolution emulsion for stainless steel

It can be used for a wide range of purposes, from electronic parts to plate making for large screen image devices.

■TEC-402 Cost performance emulsion

You can try it out once and if it meets your requirements, such as printing, we can offer you cost-saving benefits.

■AX-81 (manufactured by Oji) General purpose emulsion

This emulsion boasts a long track record and high reliability in applications ranging from graphics for general printing to plate making for printed circuit boards.

■J-100 Paste emulsion

A paste emulsion for screen plate making developed for direct photosensitive film. Excellent resolution, solvent resistance, water resistance, and printing durability.

■Emulsion formulation example

-Container contains 4,500g (900g) of emulsion. *The values ​​in red () are for a 1kg sample. - Stir for 10 to 20 minutes to make the emulsion fluid. (If the temperature of the emulsion is low, heat it in a hot water bath to about 25℃). -Pour 300cc (50cc) of purified water into a beaker, and while stirring with a glass rod, drop in the entire amount of diazo powder little by little. - Once completely dissolved, add the diazo dropwise through the filter paper while stirring the emulsion. Pour 100cc (30cc) of water into a beaker, wash it well, and drip it through the filter paper. ・After that, please defoam before use. - The approximate viscosity during use is 5,000±500 centipoise, but please adjust it to the optimal viscosity as appropriate. ・Please store the bucket in a cool, dark place (refrigerator).
