About This Product

■Summary

This device was developed to efficiently perform gauze work for large screen masks (PDP plate making). Adopting a single bar clamp system and four corner tensioners, it is now possible to obtain more uniform tension even when increasing in size. A viaduct is also available, which is effective for accurate tension measurement at the center of the plate surface and bond application at bias time. With a detailed setting program, tensioning can be done almost automatically to the target value.

■Setting function

・Clamp bar position can be set arbitrarily according to frame size and screen size. ・Clamp width can be set arbitrarily according to the gauze tension size. ・Setting X/Y axis aging pressure, aging number, and aging target pressure individually. -Separately set X/Y simultaneous aging pressure, aging number, and aging target pressure. ・Setting target pressure for X/Y axis tensioning individually.
