Until now, our screen mask tension gauge STG-75 or STG-80 has been used to measure the tension of metal masks. However, in the case of STG, the fulcrum part during measurement is also located inside the metal and is different from the screen, so the effect of metal hardness is large, making it difficult to obtain accurate measurement values.
The newly announced MTG-08A places its fulcrum on the outside of the metal mask (frame), making it possible to ideally measure tension across the entire plate. Like the STG series, it is handy and easy to handle, and comes standard with a scale that allows you to check the measurement position.
