The ``MH/MF series'' is a micro header/micro former developed for the production of extremely small and extremely short parts that require particularly high precision. Adopts a unique fingerless transfer "slide die shift mechanism" that transports blanks by horizontally sliding the die block. In order to meet a variety of applications, we have material diameters ranging from φ0.5 to φ7.0, and heading processes ranging from 1D2B to 4D5B.
