About This Product

A hot air generator can significantly shorten the time-consuming process of drying water-based paints. A high-quality finish is achieved without raising the temperature of the painted surface.

Depending on the application, there are two temperature levels (high and low) and air volume that can be selected steplessly.

Compact size allows installation anywhere. It can be used immediately if it is a 3-phase 200V power supply.

The nozzle can be adjusted vertically and horizontally to suit the painted surface.

■Nozzle switch explosion-proof specification

Adopts a mechanism to prevent ignition in the nozzle switch part. Compatible with Class 2 hazardous locations.

■Options to improve drying quality

・Nozzle filter (for replacement), greatly reduces dust adhesion to painted surfaces. ・Wide nozzle made of heat-resistant resin, effectively dries a wide area.
