About This Product
■Speed up the drying of water-based paints
A hot air generator can significantly shorten the time-consuming process of drying water-based paints. A high-quality finish is achieved without raising the temperature of the painted surface.

This is possible due to the hot air generation structure.

・Warm air rise time: only about 10 seconds to reach 40℃
・Drying time: Approximately 1/3 of the time when blowing air

Standby power, approximately 1/10 when energized
■Easy to operate
Depending on the application, there are two temperature levels (high and low) and air volume that can be selected steplessly.
■Lightweight and compact
Compact size allows installation anywhere. It can be used immediately if it is a 3-phase 200V power supply.
■Hands-free
The nozzle can be adjusted vertically and horizontally to suit the painted surface.
■Nozzle switch explosion-proof specification
Adopts a mechanism to prevent ignition in the nozzle switch part. Compatible with Class 2 hazardous locations.
■Options to improve drying quality
・Nozzle filter (for replacement), greatly reduces dust adhesion to painted surfaces.
・Wide nozzle made of heat-resistant resin, effectively dries a wide area.
■Drying performance Outlet temperature (without blowout nozzle)
・Temperature setting High...Approx. 96℃ (Room temperature 20℃・Air volume setting High)
・Temperature setting low...approx. 73℃ (room temperature 20℃/air volume setting high)
