About This Product

Neo Joint -1230WSP is a thermal contraction sheet developed as an external edge of the local welding joint for water-fitting steel pipe. It is made from a crosslinked polyethylene as a material, and the heating of 150 ° C or more is closely adhered to it, and it has an excellent adast prevention effect. This product was shown in WSP012-2014, JWWAK153 (attached book D). Indicates its performance.

■ Characteristics

・ It is excellent in waterproofness. ・ The applied adhesive flows due to the heat at the time of shrinking, and the sheet and the steel pipe adhere in close contact. ・ Excellent chemical resistance. ・ It is resistant to alkali, acid, and sulfur and does not corrode even in the soil containing them. ・ Excellent stress cracks and weather resistance. ・ Reliability for work is high. ・ No special technology is required for construction. ・ Various sizes according to the diameter and thickness of the steel pipe and polyethylene lining layer. (All are kit.)

■ Use

・ Water supply pipeline coated steel pipe welded welded welding. ・ 012-2014 (Joint coat for long life tap water) JWWWA K 153: 2014 (attached book D) ・ Compatible with the (long -lived water supply coat (PJX)) standard. * There are other model numbers.
