■500 series process pump
The 530 Series pumps deliver unparalleled accuracy with minimal key presses during operation and an easy-to-operate HMI. The fluid is completely sealed within the tube, allowing complete isolation of the pump. Maintain product integrity with clear status displays and an intuitive user interface.
■Pump head options are available as standard (other options available upon request).
・520R and 520R2 pump heads for continuous tubing
・520REL, 520REM, 520REH and RET pump heads for tube elements (for low pressure, medium pressure, and high pressure)
・505L dual channel low pulse, high precision dispensing pump head
■Features and benefits
・Color display and intuitive menu structure provide visual status display and minimal key operations
・Flow rate from 0.004ml/min (0.0006USGPH) to 3.5L/min (55.48USGPH)
・520R, 520R2, 520REL, 520REM, 520REH, 520RET and 505L pump heads are provided as standard equipment. Other products are available on request
・2,200:1 speed control range from 0.1rpm to 220rpm (0.1rpm increments)
・Equipped with a 3-level security PIN lock on the keypad
・IP31 (NEMA2) and IP66 (NEMA4X) standards
・Rated voltage, 115V/230V 50/60Hz
