About This Product

■FP50 liquid filling and stopping system

FP50 is a compact, sterile liquid filling system ideal for small to medium batches in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. For filling, the built-in high-precision tube pump provides optimal filling accuracy for small to small amounts and prevents overfilling of expensive liquids. Automatic gas purge can be programmed before, during and after the liquid filling process. A complete change of various liquids, vials and stoppers can be performed by the operator within 5 minutes. No technical support is required from outside the clean room. This represents an excellent return on investment. Short delivery times and high reliability reduce project costs. The FP50 can be customized to fit different size trays during loading and unloading. The infeed tray can also be placed on the front of the FP50 or on the left side of the unit.
