■PF22 tabletop tube pump filling
PF22 is a highly flexible and reliable table top filling pump. The filling principle offers the recognized advantages of accurate filling, guaranteed contamination and ease of cleaning.
Piping rerouting can be completed within 1 minute. Closed path eliminates the risk of cross-contamination. The PF22 is ideal for agar filling, clinical trial filling, or production environments where you need to fill different types of liquids in different batch sizes.
The PF22 is designed with the operator in mind. Large keys and intuitive menus make it easy to set up and load filling parameters. Can be operated by operators wearing gloves or when the unit is behind a glass panel.
Adjustable filling speed and acceleration prevents splashing and foaming during filling. Dripping at the end of filling is prevented using the back suction function.
The PF22 can be used as a standalone unit for manual filling or as an automatic bottle handling system for large batch production to increase productivity.
