■100 series low flow pump
The 100 series combines performance, practicality and design. This iconic flip-top design is an industry standard OEM product in medical device, biotech, and diagnostic applications, and is also very popular in many other applications. The 100 Series is popular for its highly accurate, repeatable, low pulsation flow rate, attractive design, and compact size.
■Function
Highly accurate and repeatable flow rates for single-channel continuous tubing applications
・Flow rate up to 349ml/min for continuous use and 510ml/min for intermittent use
・Tube with inner diameter of 0.5 to 4.8 mm and wall thickness of 1.6 mm
・Highly accurate and reproducible flow rate up to medium pressure
・Error-free tube replacement takes just a few seconds
・4 rollers 114 and 6 rollers 116 for low pulsation
・DV version for tube life and DVP for high pressure
・Range of color options
Other pump head options include cover opening sensor, rotation sensor, and customized occlusion
■Drive
・100DriveSure: DC12V to 48V integrated stepper motor with industrial Ethernet and analog control options, sealed mounting plate and PC software (WM Connect)
・100ST: Compact stepper motor that realizes precise digital speed control
・100FD: Simple 12 V and 24 V DC motors for various speeds
・100VDL: Brushless DC direct drive (built-in 0-4V analog control)
