About This Product

■GORE® STA-PURE series PCS PTFE reinforced silicone tube

STA-PURE PCS pump tubing provides repeatable, long-term performance essential for pharmaceutical and other high-tech industries. Sta-Pure PCS has a unique composite structure of silicone within a PTFE lattice, achieving up to 0.7 MPa (100 psi) and 18 times longer life than silicone tubing. The product is virtually nonspiraling, USP Class VI certified, and non-toxic, making it ideal for a wide range of biopharmaceutical applications. Widely used in ultrapure applications such as tangential flow filtration, ultrafiltration, live cell transfer, fermentation, and bioreactor feeds. Also used for water-based tablet coatings.

■Features and benefits

・Maximum pressure resistance of 0.7MPa (100psi) ・Long tube life ・The diameter of STA-PURE PCS is three times smoother than thermoplastic elastomer tubes, and will not groove or crack when continuously bent. - Spallation is virtually eliminated and expensive duty fluid is not contaminated. ・20 types of diameter sizes, 3 types of wall thickness, and 3 types of element lengths are available. ・Sta-Pure PCS is a trademark of WL Gore&Associates Inc.
