About This Product

■Summary

MM Hole is a highly versatile manhole that is press-fitted directly into the ground while applying rotation to the concrete member, and is used for manhole pumps and vertical shafts for propulsion construction. It is especially recommended for sites where there are restrictions on shaft dimensions due to underground objects or work yard restrictions due to adjacent buildings, or where you want to shorten the construction period to prevent traffic congestion. Features

■It is economical because the construction period is shortened.

Since the reinforced concrete frame is directly press-fitted, there is no need for temporary earth retaining, and therefore there is no need to pull out earth retaining sheet piles. As a result, the construction period is significantly shortened and it is also highly economical.

■No mirror cutting required

Since the wellhead is pre-installed, there is no need for mirror cutting. (Applicable pipe nominal diameter 500 or less)

■Can be constructed with high precision

Since a dedicated press-fitting machine is used, vertical press-fitting is possible without causing center runout.

■Safe and reliable construction

It is safe because excavation and foundation concrete placement are done by remote control.

■Joining method according to construction conditions

There are two types of joining methods for concrete members: "welded joints" which are joined by welding, and "non-welded joints" which are joined with connecting pins, and the method is selected depending on the construction conditions. ``No-weld joining'' is economical and has low construction costs due to the shortened joining time.

■No casing left behind

Since the concrete parts are press-fitted, there is no casing left behind.
