About This Product

This is a large block using a new speed-retaining prefabricated construction method that replaces the Machi block side retaining wall construction that uses concrete. ■Design and construction 1. Rooting is the same concept as traditional retaining walls, depending on the purpose (road, river, etc.). If the vertical slope changes over a short period of time, there are two ways to do this: ensure the minimum penetration according to various standards and maintain a constant slope, or use a height-adjustable irregular type to create a step-like structure. 2. Applicable range (maximum usage height) is approximately 15m. Refer to "Large Block Retaining Wall Design and Construction Manual" (published June 2004), Shikoku Branch, Japan Society of Civil Engineers. 3. Design expansion joint joints (spacing) using the same concept as conventional retaining walls of the same type. *Standard examples: Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism 10m, NEXCO 20m ■Standard construction cross section The construction cross section is determined by stability calculations based on the soil and topographical conditions of the back ground or embankment as shown in the diagram below. In addition, the foundation shape may be changed based on stability calculations depending on the conditions of the supporting ground.
