About This Product

Early construction of vertical walls with wall heights of 5.0m to 10.0m (standard). The High Tea Wall is a vertical wall constructed from 10 types of precast (PCa) block members with a cast-in-place concrete bottom slab and four types of buttresses. Therefore, it is possible to quickly construct a retaining wall that is suitable for the site conditions and load conditions.

■Features

- This is a product that achieves more efficient construction and improved quality by using precast block members for the vertical wall portion of the cast-in-place reinforced concrete retaining wall. - Can be adapted to high wall heights of 5.0m to 10.0m (maximum applicable height 14m). ・Economical design is possible because product standards can be selected according to the distribution of earth pressure. ・In order to shorten the construction period, it is also possible to precast the bottom plate. ・Construction Technology Examination Certification (Civil Engineering Timber Products/Technology, Road Maintenance Technology) Construction Technology Examination Certification No. 0703 (Civil Engineering Research Center) ・NETIS registration CB-080002-A

■Suitable for a wide range of applications

In combination with a cast-in-place concrete bottom slab, it can be applied to any existing vertical wall.

■High drainage performance

Multiple drainage slits in the front wall prevent excess water from accumulating on the back of the retaining wall.

■Further shorten the construction period by precasting the bottom plate.

As standard, cast-in-place concrete bottom slabs can also be precast. This reduces the amount of on-site work and materials that need to be arranged. It is also less susceptible to weather conditions during construction.
