1. Differences from general housing foundations
A typical housing foundation is called a "cast-in-place foundation," which is a construction method in which concrete is poured into formwork assembled at the construction site. On the other hand, precast concrete foundation Σbase is a construction method in which concrete blocks (precast concrete) manufactured in advance at a factory are assembled at the construction site like Lego blocks to create a high-quality foundation for a home.
2. Sliding rail joint
The simple structure of simply inserting the male mold into the female mold of the metal fittings and injecting grout streamlines installation work. Dimensional accuracy can be adjusted in millimeter increments, and the finished form is rated as more accurate than cast-in-place foundations.
3. Wave cotter
