■OverviewQuectel's BG77 is an ultra-compact LPWA module that supports LTE Cat M1 and LTE Cat NB2 with integrated GNSS. Fully compatible with 3GPP Release 14 specifications, it provides maximum data speeds of 588kbps on the downlink and 1,119 kbps on the uplink. Featuring a ThreadX-enabled ARM Cortex A7 processor with ultra-low power and integrated RAM/Flash, resulting in up to 70% lower PSM leakage and 85% lower eDRX current consumption compared to previous models. .

BG77 has comprehensive hardware-based security features that allow you to run trusted applications directly on the Cortex A7 TrustZone engine. Integrated in an ultra-compact 14.9mm x 12.9mm x 1.7mm SMT form factor, integrators and developers can easily design applications and take advantage of the module's low power consumption. Advanced LGA packaging allows for complete automation of manufacturing for high-volume applications.

The combination of Internet protocols, industry standard interfaces, and rich features make this module suitable for a wide range of M2M applications, including wireless POS, smart metering, tracking, and wearable devices.
