About This Product

The Omega Fire has been used successfully as a device to prevent the deterioration of fuel oil, such as soft sludge, alumina, and silica. In recent years, it has been particularly effective for alumina and silica countermeasures when used in combination with our sister product NAG type micro filter.

■Equipment for removing alumina and silica mixed in heavy oilA large amount of sludge grows on the surface of alumina and silica in oil. By passing the grown sludge through Omega Fire, the alumina and silica are stripped bare, and the next process, the NAG filter, efficiently removes the bare alumina and silica, resulting in a long element replacement period.

■Used as a pre-treatment machine for rotary kilns and incinerators in various factories.Even when using inexpensive recycled oil, strainer maintenance is extremely reduced, and maintenance is reduced by reducing pump maintenance and flowmeter maintenance, which is effective for maintenance. Less fuel is thrown away as sludge. This will improve flammability.

- Micro-pulverization function of sludge by generating an extreme vacuum zone inside the shell and using cavitation energy.

■Application of Omega FireThis will improve the maintenance and combustion of filters, pumps, and flow meters in combustion equipment (rotary kilns, incinerators, boilers) that use crude heavy oil. Engine maintenance and fuel savings can be achieved by preventing sludge from inferior C heavy oil. Solids (catalysts such as alumina and silica, sand, iron and other foreign substances) in fuel oil can be removed by interlocking with the NAG type filter. The Omega Fire has been used successfully as a device to prevent the deterioration of fuel oil, such as soft sludge, alumina, and silica.
