About This Product

■Cost reduction (cost reduction)

It is possible to reduce and reduce the volume of industrial waste such as industrial wastewater, coolant fluid, cutting fluid, plating wastewater, and cleaning wastewater discharged from various factories. Depending on the properties of the waste liquid and the contents, complete evaporation of water may be possible. Reduce industrial waste costs and realize long-term cost reductions. Solid-liquid separation is performed using vacuum distillation. The condensate recovered by distillation can be discharged into the sewage system* or reused. *Component analysis is required. This is an inexpensive, compact wastewater treatment device designed specifically for small to medium-sized treatment that does not require the large installation costs, vast installation space, or high running costs of a wastewater treatment plant.

■Speed ​​distillation

Since the waste liquid is distilled in a vacuum, the distillation speed is fast and a high dehydration effect can be expected. By using saturated steam as the heat source, it is possible to heat up quickly. The structure allows burnt on the heating surface to be scraped off with a scraper, preventing a drop in distillation speed.

■Automatic operation/emission

It is possible to automatically aspirate waste liquid (raw water) and at the same time automatically measure the amount of suction. It will automatically stop when the arbitrarily set volume reduction rate is reached, and the residue inside the distillation tank can be automatically discharged using a special blade shape.

■Features

■Mechanism

・Heat the waste liquid (raw water) under reduced pressure to evaporate the water. (Indirect steam heating) ・The evaporated water is condensed and recovered in a condenser. -A stirring blade with a scraper is built into the distillation tank to prevent waste liquid from sticking. - Input of waste liquid (raw water) and discharge of residue are automatically controlled.
