About This Product

■ Evaporate and concentrate water in waste liquid to reduce weight to 1/10

■Detoxification of exhaust gas

The exhaust gas released during evaporation and concentration is rendered harmless through catalytic decomposition and released into the atmosphere. The catalyst in the evaporation/concentration device uses a chemical reaction to make unpleasant odors such as ammonia odor, cutting fluid odor, putrid odor, and other substances that cannot be released into the atmosphere, such as CO2, H2O, and N2, odorless and harmless.

■Thorough labor saving and unmanned operation

Automatic control realizes thorough labor-saving and unmanned operations. A touch panel is used to visualize various settings.

■Functions of the evaporation/concentration device Sorae

・Conhira's evaporation/concentration device Sorae evaporates water while bubbling waste liquid. 10 drums become 1. Waste liquid is reduced to 1/10 or less. - The catalyst in the evaporation/concentration device uses a chemical reaction to make unpleasant odors such as ammonia odor, cutting fluid odor, rotten odor, and other substances that cannot be released into the atmosphere odorless and harmless. - Catalytic decomposition of difficult-to-decompose components such as COD, BOD, and dioxane is possible.

■Features

- Evaporates and concentrates the water contained in waste liquid. - Odor components of exhaust gas are decomposed by thermal catalyst to deodorize and render harmless. ・Data is analyzed using a sequencer and automatic operation is performed using optimal value control. - Various settings and status are visualized on the touch panel display.

■Mechanism

・Heat the waste liquid while bubbling it to evaporate the moisture. - Increase evaporation efficiency by adding waste liquid to the evaporation chamber and replenishing it while evaporating. ・When the set temperature or number of times of concentration is reached, the concentrated liquid will be automatically discharged.
