About This Product

■Summary

- Intended for automatic measurement of dimensions and shape of large diameter pipes of 1,420 mm. - Consists of two independent systems. - Diameter measurement system: This measures roundness, pipe intersection profiles and pipe bends. ・Measures the shape of inclined parts of welded parts and heat-affected zones, and measures the bevel shape of cut surfaces.

■Characteristics of the measuring device

-The measurement mechanism has a special rigid structure for piping curvature measurement systems, and is designed to avoid or absorb external and natural vibrations, allowing for stable measurements. ・The piping curvature measuring circuit enables the measurement of the curvature of the surface as well as the curvature in the direction of the central axis of the pipe. - A 3D model of a pipe can be accurately constructed based on the data of the central axis position of the profile pipe and shape of each cross section.

■Automatic adjustment and calibration of laser scanner.

It has a software module for automatic adjustment and calibration. Instrument adjustments and calibrations occur automatically. Calibration results are saved as electronic protocols and can be printed out.
