About This Product

A rotary nozzle is a nozzle that rotates while jetting air or cleaning water from the nozzle. It rotates on its own using the reaction force of the injection without using a motor.

■Features

- If the workpiece is used to pass in front of the rotary nozzle, clean or air blow the workpiece surface up to the diameter width between the injection ports. Even if the spray range expands, the two injection ports remain the same, making it an energy-saving nozzle with low air consumption. ・Since the jet is sprayed while rotating, the tornado-like air acts on the workpiece as an intermittent shock wave, resulting in greater cleaning and air blowing effects. ・For general cleaning and air blowing, a large number of fixed diffusion nozzles are used. In that case, the injection force per unit area that acts on the workpiece will be the ratio of [injection orifice cross-sectional area] / "diffusion effect area on the workpiece", which will be considerably weaker. Therefore, high pressure is often required. Rotary nozzles allow the air or cleaning water to act on the workpiece with almost no diffusion, resulting in a strong jetting force per unit area, resulting in a large jetting effect. - When installing a blower and injecting the air, the injection temperature will be approximately 30°C above the outside air temperature, so compared to using a heater, a large energy saving effect can be achieved.
