About This Product
The 2SA1946 is a resin-sealed silicon PNP epitaxial transistor designed and manufactured to have a large collector current and a small VCE (sat). Can be used complementary to 2SC5212.
■Features
・Small size allows for smaller sets and high-density mounting
・Collector current is large ICM = -1,000mA
・VCE (sat) is small VCE (sat) =-0.25V standard
・Good linearity of DC current amplification factor
・High gain bandwidth product fT=180MHz standard
■Applications
Small motor drive, relay drive, power supply
